Reservations:

• Reservations are GUARANTEED by Major Credit Card - please call or email for details.
• A deposit of $50.00 CDN per room per night is required with your reservation.
• We are open year round and would be more than pleased to assist you with any special occasion that you may be planning (i.e. Wedding, Romantic Getaway, Birthday or Anniversary). Gift Certificates available. Special off season rates do not apply to any special events or major holidays, please inquire.
• Please Note: Single-night bookings are welcome (most area B & B's require a minimum 2-night stay).

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation with less than 14 days notice before date of arrival will be charged $25.00 CDN per night per room.
• Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice before date of arrival - or failure to arrive - will be charged payment in full to credit card or guest directly.
• (Please Note: Cancellation fees will be waived if we are able to rebook the dates.)

Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies so that we will be prepared to make your breakfast experience pleasurable. You may do so during your telephone call to reserve your room, or when completing your reservation request.

Pet Policies: No pets allowed. (Small Shi Tzu on premises, confined to owners quarters only)

Smoking:

• No smoking in the rooms, please.
• There are ashtrays provided on the front porch. We ask that you do not put your cigarettes out in the flowerbeds, or anywhere else on the grounds - my dog, birds and rabbits would be grateful.
